Simplifying Custom Balloon Orders
A self-service digital platform that simplifies customization, provides real-time pricing, and streamlines the ordering process—reducing admin dependency and improving efficiency.

Problem

Balloon Bar’s manual ordering process caused delays, miscommunication, and inefficiencies, making it difficult for customers to select products, plan budgets, and track orders.

Insight

Ordering took 30 minutes to a full day, as customers struggled with product selection and admin-reliant communication.

With endless balloon options, colors, and styles, customers often feel overwhelmed before they even place an order. The stress of choosing the right set, staying within budget, and ensuring on-time delivery turns a fun celebration into a frantic rush.

After user select the budget and select the type of order, we have the filter feature to user fill more information about the size and color they need. Next, the recommendation will appear to help the user decide the design for their order.

Sticky Price Display

When user customise their order, we have a sticky bottom tab that show the total price of their design in real time. This feature will help user control their budget easier while designing their

Caution Notification

When user add the items off the limit the caution notification will suddenly pop up. This feature will help user be aware of their budget.

Catalogue Feature

By having numerous of balloon choice require lots of stuff effort to direct customer to the right catalog

Delivery Status

When user finish their payment, Delivery Status will show up to help user track the status of the order and show user’s plan in advance.
